Kids/Kubs Grading Form – Sunday June 25th
On Sunday 25th June 2023 in Clonmellon Hall the kids grading will be held, the time will be announced closer to the date. This form is for all those students in the kids class. Please use this form if your child usually attends the earlier classes held at Coole Wednesday/Friday @ 4pm or Clonmellon Tuesday/Thursday
Colour Belt Grading Examination Request
The next colour belt gradings will take place on Sunday the 25th of June @ Clonmellon Hall. The timetable will be announced closer to the date.
Congratulations to our 4 newly promoted Black Belts
On Sunday the 8th of December we are delighted to say that 4 Inspiration students were successfully promoted to Black Belt. A few days later the club celebrated this event with a presentation night in Clonmellon. Attended by students of all grades it was a wonderful night for proud parents, friends and fellow students. A
Belts and Gradings
The Taekwon-Do system of rank is divided up into 19 stages. 10 of these are colour belt stages, known as Kup and 9 belong to black belt level, known as Dan. Colour belt level begins at 10th Kup (white belt), the entry level, and works toward 1st Kup (red belt black tag). Black belt level
